Baderia GLOBAL group, in its corporate policy, philosophy and deeds has shown strong commitment to social and educational responsibility. Our employees and students organize and contribute to welfare programs, especially for underprivileged section of the society. We provide dedicated services in healthcare, education and skill development programs for community welfare. Baderia GLOBAL group provides free education to meritorious and poor students in various categories in all its colleges, whether Nursing, Paramedical, B.Ed, Engineering or skill development.

Baderia GLOBAL group organizes a large number of health care camps in remote areas of Jabalpur for poor and downtrodden, offering a comprehensive package of medical services to the community. The initiative against Cancer is a part of Baderia GLOBAL group welfare programs for the community. Every year Baderia GLOBAL group conducts free eye check up camp with distribution of power spectacles to poor and needy. It also conducts Blood donation camp and health check up camps for school students to promote awareness regarding benefits of healthy lifestyle among the youth.

The Dynamic management of Baderia GLOBAL group is all committed towards the safety of Mother Earth and plant large number of saplings every year for “GREEN JABALPUR, HEALTHY JABALPUR”.

The Journey of Baderia GLOBAL group started way back in 1999 with the Formation of the society- Global Nature Care Sangathan, and there after no looking back. Chronological achievements of the society are shown in following table:
