About Placemnet Cell

The Placement Cell of Baderia Global Institute of Engineering & Management is a professional body incorporated for facilitating recruitment of the country’s brightest minds by global corporations. The Placement Cell serves as a liaison between the companies and the students and works tirelessly to match the repute and eminence that the college is renowned for. This season, the Cell shall be adopting a hybrid mode of recruitment processes in accordance with recruiters’ preference to provide them with a hassle-free hiring experience.

Baderia Global Institute of Engineering & Management (BGIEM) continues to accomplish milestones. With the Recruitment Season 2023-24 witnessing a phenomenal 102+ recruiters from diverse sectors, placements at BGIEM have set new records. The Placement Cell has facilitated the recruitment drives of premier recruiters across various domains, providing various opportunities of placements & internships to the students.

Driven by an indefatigable spirit to ensure the overall welfare of the batch, the cell has taken up initiatives like CV Vetting, numerous training sessions on a wide range of topics and technologies.

Short Range Goals
  • Contacting the industries and inviting them for campus interviews.
  • Helping the students to face the challenges of the selection process by conducting periodic general aptitude tests, technical aptitude tests, group discussions, mock interviews etc., and making them generally aware of the industrial scenario, their role as engineers, etc.
  • Effectively carrying out institute-industry-interaction in terms of mutual contacts, exchange of information & ideas, arranging visits and technical talks from industrial experts, etc.
  • Arranging vocational training to students in suitable industries depending on their aptitudes and skills.
  • To arrange more and more soft skills training programs for students.
Long Range Goals
  • Emerge as a leader in placement where multinationals vie with each other to recruit students of Baderia Global Institute of Engineering & Management (BGIEM).
  • Build a leading Incubation centre to hone the skills of students in industriousness, integrity, communication, analytical ability, industrial awareness and help them to be global players in IT and related industries
  • Proactively interact with industries and seek their co-operation in vocational training and project work for students, as well as, be active players in the overall improvement of academic ambience
