Departmental Profile

Being the most ancient of all engineering branches, Civil engineering is responsible for building the infrastructure of the world. In doing so, they exert a huge influence in shaping the history of nations as we know them today. This branch of engineering builds and maintains the foundation of our modern society. May it be bridges, roads, tunnels, sea ports, airports, energy systems or transportation; Civil engineering touches our lives throughout the day. Only by exploring the contribution of this field, we can creatively envision the progress of the future.

Civil engineering plays an extremely important role in the society. It is responsible for maintaining the overall safety of society in a number of ways including rural engineering. For this purpose Baderia GLOBAL group of Institutions, Jabalpur started Department of Civil Engineering in the year 2011 with B. Tech. undergraduate four years course. Further in year 2014 the department started another course, i.e. Diploma in Civil engineering.

The graduate from Civil Engineering can opt their career in one of the following specialize field-

  • Construction Engineering
  • Coastal and Ocean Engineering
  • Geotechnical Engineering
  • Fire protection engineering
  • Structural Engineering
  • General Engineering
  • Bridge Engineering
  • Irrigation Engineering
  • Land development
  • Materials Engineering
  • Transportation engineering
